1. Agreement to these terms
By using soheileghtesadi.com (the "Site") or booking any service offered by Soheil Eghtesadi ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Our services
We offer one-on-one business coaching, consultations, and related educational content. All content on the Site, in videos, and in sessions is provided for educational and informational purposes.
- No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, investment return, or business outcome. Results depend on your own decisions, effort, and market conditions.
- Not professional advice. We are not acting as your lawyer, accountant, tax advisor, or licensed financial or investment advisor. Please consult a qualified professional before making legal, tax, or investment decisions.
3. Bookings and payments
- Consultations are booked through our online calendar. A booking is confirmed once payment is received.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. Prices are shown at the time of booking.
- Session add-ons (such as extra consultation time) are added to your existing booking once payment is received.
- Extra time. When you book, you agree that if a session runs past its booked length, the card used for booking will be charged USD $200 for each additional 30 minutes. The first 15 minutes of relaxed conversation in every session are free and never counted. You may end the session on time at any point.
4. Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
- You may reschedule a session free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice may be treated as completed.
- Money-back guarantee on sessions. If at any point during a 1-hour, 2-hour or in-person session you feel it is not useful, tell Soheil and stop the session before it ends — even with a few minutes left — and you will receive a full refund of that session’s fee. Refund requests must be made during the session; requests made after the session has ended cannot be accepted. The Business Review + AI Plan ($10,000) is non-refundable once started, because its results depend on your follow-through over the month.
- If we need to cancel a session, we will offer you a new time or a full refund for that session.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, videos, graphics, logos, and coaching materials, belongs to Soheil Eghtesadi. You may not copy, republish, or sell it without written permission. You are welcome to share links to the Site.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on information or advice provided in sessions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
7. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to or use third-party services (such as booking, payment, and video platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
